Paying for a seat in a theatre isn’t like it used to be, at least if you use Ticketmaster. You could end up paying a convenience fee, a building facility fee, an order processing fee, a print-at-home fee, and more. Just to get a ticket.

So, I decided to call Ticketmaster and demand answers.

And that’s when things went really, really bad.
