Most Gen Xers didn't start having kids until approximately 87-94.Kids in 1980 to 1990 where raised by Baby Boomers.I agree with everything else.Especially item 6. As a Gen X'er working with and supervising Gen Y and younger, if the tech isn't up to speed - they leave! I disagree with your number one item:

Gen X were still in Jr. High and High School during those years. Most Gen Xers didn’t start having kids until approximately 87-94.

Kids in 1980 to 1990 where raised by Baby Boomers.

I agree with everything else.Especially item 6. As a Gen X’er working with and supervising Gen Y and younger, if the tech isn’t up to speed – they leave!
