&quot;Young people born between 1980 and 1990 were raised by Generation X parents&quot;

Gen X were still in Jr. High and High School during those years. Most Gen Xers didn&#039;t start having kids until approximately 87-94.

Kids in 1980 to 1990 where raised by Baby Boomers.

I agree with everything else.Especially item 6. As a Gen X&#039;er working with and supervising Gen Y and younger, if the tech isn&#039;t up to speed - they leave!</description>
